Yes We Can!

I came out of my self-imposed isolation, left the relatively "safe" confines of my home, to go vote today and my vote went to Barack Obama. For the first time since I turned 18 and was given the right to vote, as I watch the red checkmark come up next to the names Obama/Biden on the touch screen, I knew without a doubt I was no longer just voting for the lesser of two evils as I'd always done in the past. I knew I was voting for the best man to not only lead our country, but to bring it back from the brink of collapse. My heart is soaring with pride that he has been elected the next President of the United States of America.
